2018 is in the works!

This summer the Morning Program will run for six weeks, July 2-August 10. Bonnie Benkard will be back as Director of the Morning Program and she and the IPP Board are currently busy planning great things for this year!

 

Morning Program registration for children will begin April 1 for year-round families and May 1 for seasonal residents. Check back here for a link to our online registration system.

Counselors Needed!

    The Island People’s Project is looking for energetic, caring and creative counselors for the Morning Program this summer.  We need a number of Counselors to work with the groups as well as three Special Area Counselors to lead Sports & Games, Nature & Arts, and Music & Movement programs.  

    Applicants for paid positions must be at least 15 years old by July 1.   Fourteen-year-olds may apply to earn community service hours as volunteer Counselors-in-Training.  All counselor candidates must submit an application, even if you have worked as an IPP counselor in the past.

    Sessions will run weekly July 2-August 10 (You can apply for whichever weeks you are available to work).  Applications are being accepted through April 15 for limited weeks.  For information email the Director, Bonnie Benkard, at IPPfiny@gmail.com.
